At The English Wine Collection, we want you to be delighted with every bottle; if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your cellar is perfectly stocked. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue, including photos if the bottle or packaging arrived damaged.

  Await Return Approval

  We will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number along with a prepaid shipping label if the item is faulty.

  Securely Package Your Wine

  Place the wine back in its original protective transit packaging to ensure it reaches us safely and prevents any further breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive and inspect the returned bottles, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
